Brighter Days are Ahead!

With everything in the news about the Coronavirus, I’ve had a lot of people asking me if I’m still working.
I am very happy to say that the answer is “Yes!”, I am fully committed and still actively working with clients who want and need to buy or sell real estate.
However, your health and safety are my priority. Here’s what I’ve been doing to ensure we can help you meet your needs while still minimizing the risk of exposure:
- You choose the houses you are interested in (as usual), and we schedule a “showing” time
- I go to the houses and we connect virtually for a walkthrough (Facetime, Skype, or your favorite app to connect). You get to see your potential future home from the comfort of your current location
- When we find one that truly interests you, we schedule a time to see it in person before making an offer. We can even stipulate that the owner not be home to further minimize contact.
- During the actual showing, we make sure follow social distancing, keeping the showing as brief as possible while still taking enough time for you to make a decision. I even provide gloves and Clorox wipes if desired!
- Offer documents and any other paperwork can be done remotely and digitally. I send the documents to you, and we review in real time as desired [on the phone / while screen-sharing].
- Throughout the entire process, we keep in-person, face-to-face meetings to a bare minimum.
And of course, no hugs, high fives, or handshakes when we get your home or bought, but I’m happy to provide rain checks for those!
If things change, I’ll let you know, but for now, it’s business as usual in this ‘new normal’.
Stay well!
