Many people have become quite angry (and vocal!) about how tipping has gotten out of control. It’s become almost a given that you have to decline giving a tip, even when someone does something as simple as take your order at a fast-food restaurant. It seems like everyone wants a tip nowadays…

So you can probably imagine how people reacted when they saw this video giving reasons why you should tip your landlord! People went nuts in the comment section, whether they were a renter or not.

Fortunately, that was one of many parody videos of people suggesting that landlords deserve to be tipped.

But, just for some fun, here’s a list of 6 things that could possibly, maybe, sorta, kinda make a tenant want to give their landlord a tip:

1) If They Walked Your Dog While You Were at Work…
