Inventory Rising, But still Low

The current inventory is increasing year over year, but it’s still well below pre-pandemic levels.  If we compare the same week this week as compared to the first week in June of last year, 38.4% more available inventory in the market as compared to right now. So there are more homes, a little over a third more, available for those that are out looking.
