New Listings Above Last Year’s Level

The majority of the country is seeing more inventory. Realtor.com said the sellers continue to list their homes in higher numbers this May as new listed homes were 6.2% above last year’s level. This marks the seventh month of increased listing activity after a 17-month streak of the climb. That’s amazing.
