Meadow Lane is one of the most coveted addresses in the Hamptons. On this slender oceanfront road in Southampton, N.Y., estates are hidden behind tall privet hedges, a heliport sits at the far end, and residents have included Calvin Klein and billionaires Ken Griffin, Henry Kravis and Robert Kraft. 

In recent months, Meadow Lane has also been abuzz with home sales, with nearly a dozen properties changing hands since the start of 2025 for more than $220 million combined, according to an analysis by The Wall Street Journal. The latest is an estate that longtime owner Frances Katz, the widow of New York attorney George Katz, is selling to the town of Southampton for $25.8 million. The deal is set to close this month.
